Returns
For products purchased from GLAM AIR Official Site, within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchasing date on valid proof-of-purchase, original receipts or invoices or delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchasing date), you can request Return & Refund Service without providing any reason and shall be responsible for the return shipping fee.
For products purchased from GLAM AIR Official Site, within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchasing date on valid proof-of-purchase, original receipts or invoices or delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchasing date), if the product has a manufacturing defect, you can contact GLAM AIR after-sales service team and request Return & Refund Service. We will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the returned goods, the original purchase price will be refunded to your account.
For products purchased from the Online Official Store of Amazon, AliExpress and other Platforms, please refer to the return & refund policy of the platform. For more details, you can contact the seller to confirm specific terms and conditions.
For products purchased from other GLAM AIR authorized sales channels, please contact the seller to confirm its return & refund policy.
For non-quality related returns, your hair dryer must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, GLAM AIRrefunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
How do I return an item?
- Please reach out to GLAM AIRcustomer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. GLAM AIRCustomer Service will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed promptly, please be sure to send a return notification to GLAM AIR with the following information:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
Refunds
Once we receive your returned hair dryer, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the hair dryer minus any shipping charges incurred.
Please note that it may take 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received any refund yet, please do recheck your bank account carefuly again. If your payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please do allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You should also contact your credit card company direcltly, if the credit still hasn't appeared - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Warranty
GLAM AIR SuperFlow1 high speed hair dryers come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your hair dryer within the warranty period, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, or any damages incurred during shipping.
Exchange
If you received a damaged or defective hair dryer, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Non-warranty policy
Free service is not available in the following cases
- Product damage caused by improper operation or maintenance (such as washing the product with water),
abnormal power supply, transportation and other accidents;
- Damage caused by repairs or modifications not approved by the company;
- Damage caused by force majeure (lightning, earthquake, flood, etc.);
- This appliance is for household use and is not intended for business purposes. Using this appliance for professional or
commercial purposes, or outside of “normal use” will invalidate the guarantee.
Outside of “normal use” means more than two hours per day.
